I usually ship same or next day after payment is received, unless you have a custom order, which may require an extra day or two.
We ship via USPS, to any country, including to P.O. Boxes.
To keep costs low, I will only insure a package if you request shipping insurance. I take the greatest care in packaging your items, but I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. I can though gurantee our positive rating on Etsy and Ebay.
Items damaged in the mail are not eligible for returns, however you may request shipping insurance for an additional fee.
Payment is expected before your item ships.
If you request a custom order, payment is expected at the time of the request. Cancellations must be made before we purchase extra supplies or ship your order, otherwise I will not accept a refund on custom work.
Art Cloud currently does not accept returns, but returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding.
